The Harvard Medical School Orthopaedic Review Web Site is located at http://healthcare.partners.org/orthonews. Direct links are available from the Partners home web site and from the web sites of each Harvard affiliated hospital namely, The Massachusetts General Hospital, The Brigham and Women’s Hospital, The Boston Children’s Hospital, and The Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospital. The Harvard Medical School Orthopaedic Review Web Site provides the viewer access to all aspects of the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program.

The highlight of the web site is the online version of The Harvard Medical School Orthopaedic Review, which is identified by a separate icon that shows the cover of the review. The entire content of the review is available online and can be viewed by select-ing this icon. Next to the icon for the review is the icon for the newly designed Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Web Site. This web site is filled with information about the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program.

We encourage alumni, staff, and friends to browse through the "Alumni List" which consists of a list of alumni of the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program who have listed their personal and business contact information on the web site. We have provided access to the "Alumni List" via both The Harvard Medical School Orthopaedic Review Web Site and The Harvard Orthopaedic Residency Program Web Site because of its importance for expanding our readership of the review as well as main-taining personal and professional contacts among present and future alumni.

Finally, we have provided information for authors and advertisers online. Authors and advertisers can submit their manu-scripts or advertisements directly to the editors via our e-mail address Hoj@partners.org or by selecting "Submissions" from the HOJ Web Site. Advertisers can browse through the list of advertisers to see their advertisements or those of other advertisers. A thumbnail picture of one advertisement is randomly shown each time the web site.

We look forward to continuing to expand our website to provide an important link between current and former residents of the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program. Future projects include developing an online job database to allow alumni to post positions available for residents who are finishing the program. We encourage your input and suggestions as we continue to build our website.
